The rear blockout curtain is usually installed on a separate track and operated independently, often via cord draw or motorisation, so the front sheer doesn’t need to be touched for everyday functionality.

The front curtain - often referred to in the industry as “the heavies” - is typically a blockout or lined curtain that adds formality, warmth, and insulation. This style is often finished with an Upholstered Pelmet for a luxury finish and supreme light-blocking.
